Bryan J. Kaminski - President

Mr. Kaminski's seventeen year career in commercial real estate has comprised acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and finance. Prior to forming KAMCO Property Company, Mr. Kaminski was the Director of Dispositions for Hall Financial Group, Inc. where he directed the sales and marketing of a $3.5 billion dollar real estate portfolio, consisting of 60,000 apartment units, 3.0 million square feet of commercial, retail, land and manufactured housing communities in over 30 states.

Mr. Kaminski has served as Development Coordinator for several mixed use developments in North Dallas, and he has a wide range of experience in the financing of properties with conventional and conduit loan sources, as well as the governmental loan programs HUD 221 (D)(4), 223(F), and the FNMA DUS. Prior to real estate, Mr. Kaminski was a consultant with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Kaminski graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

KAMCO Property Company is a mid-size full service brokerage, development, and management firm for the North Texas region. The Company currently owns and operates several retail, industrial, land development, and multi family properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Waco areas. Additionally, the firm is developing several single-family subdivisions and commercial properties throughout the state of Texas.

Shea Byers - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Byers' business finance career includes a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University where he graduated with Honors.

Mr. Byers joins Kamco Property Company to perform a variety of financial services including P&L analysis, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, tax accounting, and cash flow management.

Prior to joining Kamco Property Company, Mr. Byers worked at Malibu Entertainment as the company Financial Analyst reporting directly to senior management. Mr. Byers has also previously worked for Electronic Data Systems in Dallas and San Francisco where he performed financial account management for both foreign and domestic contracts.
